Un appel \u00e0 valoriser les travailleurs et les retrait\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dans son intervention, Christophe Naegelen a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u202f:
\n\u00ab\u00a0Il faut arr\u00eater de vouloir toujours taxer les m\u00eames. Les personnes qui travaillent ne sont pas des vaches \u00e0 lait, elles doivent au contraire \u00eatre mises en avant, valoris\u00e9es. Les retrait\u00e9s ne sont pas des nantis\u202f; ils ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 construire notre pays. La retraite qu’ils touchent aujourd’hui est le fruit d’une vie de travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 de la troisi\u00e8me circonscription des Vosges a \u00e9galement critiqu\u00e9 l\u2019empilement des normes administratives<\/strong> et les agences pl\u00e9thoriques<\/strong>, qu\u2019il juge co\u00fbteuses aux finances publiques. Il a demand\u00e9 au gouvernement un v\u00e9ritable effort de simplification et de rationalisation pour soulager \u00e0 la fois les finances publiques et le quotidien des Fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n

Une r\u00e9ponse du gouvernement sur les engagements budg\u00e9taires<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En r\u00e9ponse, Catherine Vautrin<\/strong>, ministre du Travail et de la Sant\u00e9, a tenu \u00e0 rassurer Christophe Naegelen sur plusieurs points, notamment concernant les 7 heures de travail suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong> propos\u00e9es par le S\u00e9nat. Elle a expliqu\u00e9\u202f:
\n\u00ab\u00a0Vous avez pu entendre encore hier soir le Premier ministre, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement clair, affirmant devant une cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision qu’il n’y aurait pas de taxe suppl\u00e9mentaire dans le cadre des textes budg\u00e9taires que nous examinons. Il y a effectivement une source qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9e par le S\u00e9nat sur une initiative strictement parlementaire qui \u00e9tait l’id\u00e9e de 7 h de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire. D\u00e8s qu’il est arriv\u00e9, le premier ministre a mis en avant le fait que notre gouvernement \u00e9couterait les parlementaires sur cette demande. (…) D\u00e8s cet apr\u00e8s-midi, vous aurez \u00e0 examiner des amendements de suppression, qui sont nombreux, propos\u00e9s par tous les textes, de la \u00e0 dire qu’il y a quasi-unanimit\u00e9 pour supprimer cet article du projet de loi de finances.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Elle a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que des efforts sont en cours pour rationaliser l\u2019administration\u202f:
\n\u00ab\u00a0L’autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment, c’est le travail engag\u00e9 par le Premier ministre sur chacune des agences dans chacun des domaines, c’est de l’interminist\u00e9riel pour regarder comment nous retrouvons des marges de man\u0153uvre pour l’action et non pas pour la d\u00e9marche administrative.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Une vigilance accrue sur d’autres mesures<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Christophe Naegelen a toutefois insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de rester vigilant\u202f:
\n\u00ab\u00a0J’avais bien entendu aussi en t\u00eate les discussions autour de la suppression des 10 % d’exon\u00e9ration pour les retrait\u00e9s. L\u00e0 aussi, nous serons tr\u00e8s vigilants sur ce sujet. Concernant les agences, il y a un vrai travail \u00e0 faire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Ainsi, bien que des engagements aient \u00e9t\u00e9 pris sur certains points, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 des Vosges reste attentif aux d\u00e9cisions budg\u00e9taires \u00e0 venir, notamment en ce qui concerne la protection des retrait\u00e9s et des actifs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
