Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2005, l&rsquo;association, <strong>labellis\u00e9e Point Conseil Budget \u2013 PCB<\/strong>, est engag\u00e9e depuis maintenant 20 ans dans la <strong>pr\u00e9vention et le traitement du surendettement<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les dossiers de surendettement en hausse de 20%<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ces assises annuelles \u00e9taient l&rsquo;occasion de revenir sur une ann\u00e9e 2024 marqu\u00e9e par une <strong>hausse de 20\u202f% des dossiers ouverts pour surendettement<\/strong>. Ce qui repr\u00e9sente <strong>342 dossiers trait\u00e9s<\/strong>, dont <strong>228 transmis \u00e0 la Banque de France<\/strong>. <strong>77\u202f% des situations<\/strong> sont li\u00e9es aux <strong>charges co<\/strong>urantes impay\u00e9es, avec une nette augmentation des dettes de loyers, et une part toujours importante de personnes vivant seules et en situation pr\u00e9caire. Et la tendance actuelle n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration, puisque <strong>91 dossiers<\/strong> ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s <strong>fin avril 2025<\/strong>, contre <strong>130 pour toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>200 dossiers de microcr\u00e9dits personnels accompagn\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, <strong>200 dossiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverts<\/strong> en 2024 pour des <strong>microcr\u00e9dits personnels accompagn\u00e9s<\/strong>. <strong>36 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9s<\/strong>, pour un <strong>montant total de plus de 108\u202f000\u202f\u20ac<\/strong>, principalement pour des <strong>projets de mobilit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi<\/strong>. Les principaux motifs de refus sont un <strong>reste \u00e0 vivre insuffisant<\/strong>, la <strong>pr\u00e9sence de nombreux incidents sur le compte bancaire<\/strong>, ou encore <strong>des fichages multiples<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quatre permanences dans les Vosges<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De cette assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, on retiendra \u00e9galement que <strong>Dominique Rudolf<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduit \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de CRESUS Vosges.
