Face \u00e0 l\u2019impact de l\u2019inflation galopante sur les m\u00e9nages, Sandrine Stein, directrice de la Banque de France et David Percheron, sous-pr\u00e9fet d\u2019\u00c9pinal, ont souhait\u00e9 faire un point presse dans les locaux de l\u2019Union d\u00e9partementale des associations familiales des Vosges \u00e0 Epinal (Udaf des Vosges).<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<div>La Banque de France a fait le point sur le surendettement des m\u00e9nages vosgiens en 2022.<\/div>\n<div>L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, pr\u00e8s de 850 dossiers de surendettement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s \u00e0 la commission de surendettement du d\u00e9partement. Le nombre est en baisse depuis 2014 malgr\u00e9 le contexte d\u2019inflation qui a pourtant fragilis\u00e9 la sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re des particuliers, mais est entrain de s&rsquo;inverser au premier trimestre 2023.<\/div>\n<div>Les dossiers de surendettement ont augmenter de + 6 % par rapport \u00e0 2022. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le surendettement \u00e9tait en baisse depuis 2014, mais il remonte au 2\u00e8 trimestre 2023 (+6% des dossiers d\u00e9pos\u00e9s)\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Sandrine Stein.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Une personne est dite surendett\u00e9e <em>\u00ab\u00a0quand elle ne peut plus faire face \u00e0 ses dettes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique la Banque de France.<\/div>\n<div>Lorsque vous \u00eates surendett\u00e9, vous \u00eates inscrit au Fichier des incidents de remboursement des cr\u00e9dits aux particuliers (FICP), pour une dur\u00e9e maximale de sept ans.<br \/>\nDans chaque d\u00e9partement, une commission de la Banque de France est charg\u00e9e d&rsquo;examiner les dossiers d\u00e9pos\u00e9s par les personnes souhaitant acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de traitement du surendettement.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Qui sont les personnes surendett\u00e9es\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le surendettement \u00ab\u00a0concerne majoritairement des personnes vuln\u00e9rables ou touch\u00e9es par un accident de la vie\u00a0\u00bb, constate la Banque de France. Il s\u2019agit pour 50% de personnes seules, majoritairement des femmes qui ont la charge des enfants. Dans les Vosges, 31% des dossiers concernent des demandeurs d\u2019emploi. La directrice de la banque de France note \u00e9galement une augmentation des dossiers de surendettement de personnes de plus de 60 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le d\u00e9partement, dans 53% des cas, les personnes ne sont pas en mesure de rembourser les dettes. \u00ab\u00a0La moiti\u00e9 des m\u00e9nages surendett\u00e9s ne dispose d\u2019aucune capacit\u00e9 de remboursement pour faire face \u00e0 leur dette\u00a0\u00bb, constate la Banque de France, qui indique rester \u00ab\u00a0vigilante\u00a0\u00bb sur toutes ces questions pouvant conduire \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0spirale du surendettement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans 55% des cas, cela aboutit \u00e0 un effacement partiel ou total de la dette.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"x193iq5w xeuugli x13faqbe x1vvkbs x1xmvt09 x1lliihq x1s928wv xhkezso x1gmr53x x1cpjm7i x1fgarty x1943h6x xudqn12 x3x7a5m x6prxxf xvq8zen xo1l8bm xzsf02u x1yc453h\" dir=\"auto\">Les Points Conseil Budget permettent d&rsquo;aider les personnes en difficult\u00e9.
