Compte tenu de cette possibilit\u00e9 sur le plan financier, pensez-vous que le Conseil r\u00e9gional de Lorraine puisse s\u2019engager dans sa r\u00e9alisation et dans la transformation de Louvigny en gare de fret TGV ?<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">1\u00b0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>l\u2019INTERCONNEXION<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">, c\u2019est quoi\u00a0? C\u2019est pouvoir utiliser des trains de type diff\u00e9rents (TGV- TER)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">, sans \u00ab\u00a0rupture de charge\u00a0\u00bb pour les voyageurs, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, dans ce cas, en changeant simplement de quai (et non de gare).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La Gare de Vandi\u00e8res sera exclusivement destin\u00e9e \u00e0 joindre ainsi les grandes gares fran\u00e7aises (une vingtaine\u00a0: Bordeaux- Roissy \u2026, en \u00e9vitant Paris) et europ\u00e9ennes (cf carte)\u00a0: ce que fait Louvigny actuellement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Elle ne remplacera pas les gares de Nancy et Metz et ne permettra pas de joindre Paris-Est. (\u00e0 cause de probl\u00e8mes techniques de raccordement de voies, notamment d\u00e9nivel\u00e9)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Sa r\u00e9alisation est pr\u00e9vue pour 2021. En attendant, Louvigny, non raccord\u00e9e aux TER (M\u00e9trolor), continuera son r\u00f4le.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2\u00b0 les TGV (\u00e0 allure r\u00e9duite) pour Remiremont ou St Di\u00e9 en direction de Paris Est seront maintenus. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><b>Q1\u00a0: PEUT-ON AVOIR CONFIANCE en la signature actuelle de la SNCF, et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quand\u00a0??<\/b> <b>R<\/b>\u00a0: la SNCF supprime (en tout temps) des lignes non rentables (ex qq fois 10 Voyageurs par jour\u00a0!) et la non r\u00e9alisation de Vandi\u00e8res n\u2019emp\u00eachera pas les (\u00e9ventuelles- futures) suppressions, y compris des dessertes TGV; Ces dessertes, notamment vosgiennes, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vues au Plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de financement (en 2000) et notre d\u00e9partement a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 leur financement. font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ce choix, expliqu\u00e9 en partie par la peur de certains \u00e9lus de la diminution de la desserte directe de Metz et Nancy, provoqua un toll\u00e9 d&rsquo;une partie des \u00e9lus lorrains et luxembourgeois, qualifiant cette d\u00e9cision comme allant \u00ab\u00a0contre l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0\u00bb. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">En 1999, RFF a r\u00e9\u00e9tudi\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>la faisabilit\u00e9 technique de Vandi\u00e8res\u00a0: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i><b>avantages\u00a0: interconnexion TGV-TER &#8211; d\u00e9veloppement des transports collectifs en Lorraine, et la d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9aliser la gare d\u2019interconnexion \u00e0 Vandi\u00e8res, <\/b><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">(proche de<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pont-%C3%A0-Mousson\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Pont-\u00e0-Mousson<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> et situ\u00e9e sur la<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ligne_Luxembourg-Dijon\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">ligne Luxembourg-Dijon<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">) est prise\u00a0: un <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>protocole additionnel <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u00e0 la convention de r\u00e9alisation et de financement du TGV Est Europ\u00e9en est sign\u00e9 par l\u2019ensemble des partenaires financiers en<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b> 2000<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i><b>C<\/b><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">e protocole ne remettait donc pas en cause Louvigny, qui assurerait l\u2019interconnexion avec le r\u00e9seau TGV fran\u00e7ais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de Vandi\u00e8res, mais la positionnait implicitement en <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>\u00ab gare provisoire \u00bb. <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Pour cette raison, sa construction sera faite <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>\u00ab a minima \u00bb\u00a0: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">structure modulaire \u2013 rien autour, pour<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b> un budget d\u2019environ 30 M, avec <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">des <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>travaux dit \u00ab conservatoires \u00bb \u00e0 Vandi\u00e8res, 23 M\u20ac<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">, qui permettront la construction de la future gare sans perturber le trafic TGV. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Donc, si la gare ne se fait pas, cette taxe s\u2019arr\u00eatera.
