Ce vendredi, le Conseil d\u00e9partemental des Vosges s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement en proposant au chef St\u00e9phanie Pontier de cuisiner des produits locaux.<\/h3>\n<p>St\u00e9phanie Pontier, chef de cuisine au coll\u00e8ge Jules Ferry d\u2019Epinal est venue cuisiner sur place un plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de produits locaux fournis par les commer\u00e7ants du march\u00e9 couvert. Pour l\u2019aider, elle \u00e9tait assist\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tudiants en bac pro cuisine au lyc\u00e9e Notre-Dame d\u2019Epinal. Au menu, un quinoa risotto \u00e0 la spiruline des Vosges cuisin\u00e9 avec de la tomme des Vosges.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9paration, les personnes ont pu d\u00e9guster le plat sur place.
