Cette crise a aussi mis l\u2019accent sur des carences de moyens.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Selon le D\u00e9partement des Vosges, <em>\u00ab\u00a0en effet, l\u2019h\u00f4pital a besoin de se moderniser pour optimiser ses r\u00e9ponses face \u00e0 un afflux important et quotidien de demandes en soins, en logistique.\u00a0\u00bb Dans ce contexte, nous avons voulu tirer un premier bilan du plan sant\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 par le D\u00e9partement des Vosges et initi\u00e9 par Fran\u00e7ois Vannson, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil D\u00e9partemental.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Ce plan cr\u00e9e un mouvement dynamique pour notre d\u00e9partement<\/em><em>. Depuis 2018, ce sont 47 m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aid\u00e9s pour s\u2019installer dans les Vosges. Soit 15 en 2018, 23 en 2019 et 9 depuis janvier 2020 dont 2 sp\u00e9cialistes (Allergologue et Rhumatologue\u00a0\u00e0 Epinal).\u00a0Dix autres installations sont pr\u00e9vues et sont en cours d\u2019accompagnement. C\u2019est aussi le fruit du travail de collaboration entam\u00e9 notamment avec le Docteur C\u00e9dric Berb\u00e9 qui assure le lien avec ses \u00e9tudiants et futurs m\u00e9decins et notre collectivit\u00e9.
