C\u2019est aussi la rentr\u00e9e pour les cantines\u00a0! <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><strong>Les \u00e9tablissements, g\u00e9r\u00e9s par le Conseil D\u00e9partemental, doivent s\u2019adapter et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 de nouveaux crit\u00e8res.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Cette ann\u00e9e, la d\u00e9marche<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> d\u2019approvisionnement des restaurants scolaires en produits bio et durables <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">est maintenue,<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> afin de tendre vers les objectifs fix\u00e9s par la Loi Egalim. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a plateforme Agrilocal <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">est utilis\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Celle-c<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">i a<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> pour vocation de promouvoir les circuits courts, le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019agriculture de proximit\u00e9 et de l\u2019artisanat. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019objectif est notamment<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> le renforcement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le conseil d\u00e9partemental a mis en place un<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> encouragement financier pour les coll\u00e8ges avec un dispositif de bonification du co\u00fbt assiette (port\u00e9 \u00e0 1,90\u20ac pour tous et \u00e0 2\u20ac en cas de comportements d\u2019achats vertueux<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019action de lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire men\u00e9e dans le cadre du Plan VASTE <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">se poursuit \u00e9galement pour cette ann\u00e9e 2020-2021.
