Par ailleurs, <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ils sont l\u2019objet d\u2019une forte discrimi<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><em>nation salariale. Avec des diff\u00e9rences de salaire d\u2019environ 350 Euros pour une infirmi\u00e8re titulaire et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 450 Euros par mois pour les auxiliaires de soin\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em>Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 constate<em> \u00ab\u00a0un cercle vicieux de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> entra\u00eenant <em>\u00ab\u00a0une v\u00e9ritable h\u00e9morragie des personnels dans les EHPADs de la fonction publique territoriale\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
