Cette nouvelle exploitation a certes obtenu un permis de construire mais <em>\u00ab\u00a0n\u2019a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019aucune autorisation et fonctionnerait actuellement sous le r\u00e9gime d\u2019une installation d\u00e9sormais enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9truite. L\u2019exploitant se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectoral du 23 D\u00e9cembre 1994\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">\u00ab\u00a0Il en r\u00e9sulte que l\u2019industriel avait l\u2019obligation de d\u00e9poser une nouvelle demande d\u2019autorisation au\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><em>titre de la l\u00e9gislation relative aux installations class\u00e9es pour la protection de l\u2019environnement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">affirme l\u2019association st\u00e9phanoise, <\/span><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">\u00ab\u00a0De ce fait, aucune \u00e9tude d\u2019impact comprenant une \u00e9valuation des risques sanitaires (ERS) n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et jointe au permis de construire. Il est important de rappeler que les centrales d\u2019enrobage \u00e0 chaud pr\u00e9sentent des dangers pour la sant\u00e9 publique, en raison de rejets atmosph\u00e9riques contenant<\/span> <\/em><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><em>des substances toxiques class\u00e9es canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes (benz\u00e8ne et benzo(a)pyr\u00e8ne)\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
