Ainsi, un bus sillonne les Vosges avec des demandeurs d\u2019emplois, leur permettant ainsi de d\u00e9couvrir des entreprises et des m\u00e9tiers, \u00e9changer et partager avec des chefs d\u2019entreprises et d\u00e9poser des candidatures.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ce mardi matin, une vingtaine de personnes en recherche d\u2019emploi s\u2019est rendue dans les locaux de l\u2019entreprise de Buyer, au Val d\u2019Ajol, pour d\u00e9couvrir le fonctionnement de l\u2019usine et les diff\u00e9rents postes propos\u00e9s. Le responsable QHSE (Qualit\u00e9, Hygi\u00e8ne, S\u00e9curit\u00e9, Environnement) <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">de l\u2019entreprise leur a fait faire un tour, en apportant des explications utiles \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape. Il a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la difficult\u00e9 physique plus ou moins importante des postes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le fonctionnement des heures de travail\u00a0: on ne fait pas que r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les m\u00eame gestes toute la journ\u00e9e, il y a des rotation dans la r\u00e9partition des travaux. Quelque 205 personnes travaillent actuellement chez de Buyer. L\u2019entreprise, fond\u00e9e en 1830, continue d\u2019embaucher. Ici, on produit du mat\u00e9riel de cuisine, po\u00eales, casseroles, moules, etc. Pour les particuliers, pour les professionnels de la restauration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Les produits fabriqu\u00e9s dans les Vosges sont export\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le monde. Une production est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019arm\u00e9e, d\u00e8s la guerre de 1870, et jusqu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. Les quelque 20 chercheurs d\u2019emploi \u00e9taient accompagn\u00e9 par des encadrants de P\u00f4le Emploi, S\u00e9bastien Hach, directeur adjoint de la DDETSPP dans les Vosges et Thierry Poulet, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">di<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">recteur <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">de<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> FACE V<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">osges. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">A l\u2019issue de la visite, trois ou quatre personnes dans le groupe d\u00e9sirent postuler ici.
