Les associ\u00e9s Mosellans Alexandre Keff et Pierre Singer,\u00a0ancien co-directeur du parc animalier de Sainte-Croix, vont bien reprendre la station de Ventron.<\/p>\n<h3>Un projet en deux phases<\/h3>\n<p>Pour rappel, la SAS Leduc,\u00a0propri\u00e9taire des h\u00f4tels du village et gestionnaire du domaine skiable, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en liquidation judiciaire le 7 d\u00e9cembre dernier.\u00a0La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue ce mardi 1er mars par le tribunal de commerce d\u2019Epinal.\u00a0Cette offre pr\u00e9voit un investissement global\u00a0de 2,6 millions
