Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un exercice, obligatoire tous les trois ans, organis\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9fecture des Vosges. 90 personnes et 19 v\u00e9hicules \u00e9taient engag\u00e9s.<\/h2>\n<p>Un exercice de terrain impliquant les diff\u00e9rents services d\u2019intervention de l\u2019Etat, la commune de Golbey, ainsi que les entreprises priv\u00e9es \u00e9tait organis\u00e9 ce jeudi 8 septembre sur le site Antargaz de Golbey, class\u00e9 SEVESO. Cet exercice est obligatoire, tous les trois ans. Il permet de mettre en situation les services de secours suite \u00e0 un incident qui pourrait toucher le site Antargaz de Golbey.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019objectif est de tester la r\u00e9ponse de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 civile dans les dispositions sp\u00e9cifiques concernant les plans particuliers d\u2019intervention.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0explique le Pr\u00e9fet des Vosges.<\/p>\n<p>Le scenario pr\u00e9voyait qu\u2019apr\u00e8s une secousse sismique, une alarme signale la pr\u00e9sence de gaz \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des cuves, qui s\u2019enflamme et provoque une exposition. 90 personnes et 19 v\u00e9hicules \u00e9taient engag\u00e9s. Cet exercice a demand\u00e9 6 mois de pr\u00e9paration pour trois heures d\u2019exercice.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, une dizaine d\u2019exercices sont organis\u00e9s par la pr\u00e9fecture des Vosges, afin de s\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 la gestion des diff\u00e9rents risques pouvant survenir<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce jeudi 8 septembre la ville de Golbey vivait une situation de crise.
