Le couple avait mis en place une cagnotte en ligne pour r\u00e9colter des fonds pour financer le lancement de cette activit\u00e9. Le projet se concr\u00e9tise actuellement, avec les toutes premi\u00e8res tourn\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il est d\u00e9sormais possible de retrouver \u00ab\u00a0Le Pain des Hauts\u00a0\u00bb sur diff\u00e9rents points de vente\u00a0: \u00e0 Plombi\u00e8res les vendredis matin. Le mardi au P\u00e8re Biobio \u00e0 Gerardmer. A Sapois en face de la salle polyvalente de 11h \u00e0 12h30. Ce dimanche et le 16 octobre au Tholy pour le march\u00e9 bio. Sur des march\u00e9s occasionnels. Les deux boulangers seront peut \u00eatre aussi bient\u00f4t pr\u00e9sents sur la commune de Gerbamont et sur le Val d&rsquo;Ajol.\u00a0Pour suivre\u00a0l\u2019actualit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise, rendez-vous sur\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PaindesHauts\">Le Pain des Hauts &#8211; Fournil Ambulant<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e remonte \u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0. Myriam Micheletto et Piotr Bazin se sont rencontr\u00e9 a\u0300 Nancy et ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de partir sur l\u2019i\u0302le de Chypre, dont une partie de sa famille \u00e0 elle est originaire. Elle est bijouti\u00e8re de formation. Lui a une licence d\u2019agronomie. Dans le village Mitsero, ils de\u0301couvrent l\u2019apiculture, la permaculture et enfin la fabrication du pain au levain cuit au four a\u0300 bois. Jean Luc Cle\u0301ment, artisan boulanger de la Ferme Ce\u0301sar pre\u0300s de Lausanne, en Suisse, les initie. \u00ab C\u2019est lui qui nous a donn\u00e9 tous les secrets du m\u00e9tier \u00bb, nous expliquait Myriam il y a quelques mois. \u00ab Il nous a montr\u00e9 comment faire le pain, les fermentations, comment entretenir son levain \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le couple commence \u00e0 vendre du pain sur les march\u00e9s chypriotes, ce qui fonctionne fort bien. De retour en France, en 2016, et deux enfants plus tard, ils trouvent chacun du travail et Myriam obtient son CAP boulanger suite a\u0300 une formation d\u2019un an, en alternance \u00e0 la boulangerie des chanoinesses \u00e0 Remiremont. Petit \u00e0 petit le projet a m\u00fbri. L\u2019id\u00e9e du \u00ab Pain des Hauts \u00bb s\u2019est finalement impos\u00e9e. \u00ab On ne voulait surtout pas de boutique (&#8230;) On s\u2019est dit : pourquoi on ne ferait pas un fournil ambulant ? \u00bb. C\u2019est toute l\u2019originalit\u00e9 de leur projet. Ce syst\u00e8me apporte de nombreux avantages : mobilit\u00e9, possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9fourner devant les clients. Le local est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.
