Ils ont confectionn\u00e9s le matin\u00a0 des cr\u00eapes sal\u00e9es \u00e0 base de farine de sarrasin, pour le repas de midi, garnies d&rsquo;une fondue de poireau et lardon et\/ou d&rsquo;une sauce b\u00e9chamel champignon jambon gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>15 r\u00e9sidents se sont attabl\u00e9s avec les 5 \u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sents accompagn\u00e9s de Me Houot H., professeur de SEGPA,\u00a0 et Me Demonet F, professeur en ULIS, pour d\u00e9guster ce repas. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 4\u00e8me SEGPA ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des cartes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque participants \u00e0 la fin du repas.\u00a0 Puis l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi tous les r\u00e9sidents ont pu appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des petites cr\u00eapes sucr\u00e9es pour le go\u00fbter , accompagn\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me chocolat et chantilly r\u00e9alis\u00e9es le matin. G\u00e9rald Amann a anim\u00e9 ce moment de son orgue de barbarie.
