Rapidement, des t\u00e9moins lui ont prodigu\u00e9 les premiers secours, ainsi que les pisteurs secouristes fond du Lac Blanc et de la Schlucht, et 2 secouristes du PGM qui ont achemin\u00e9 \u00e9galement sur place l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale du SMUR de G\u00e9rardmer. La victime a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9anim\u00e9e et a \u00e9t\u00e9 h\u00e9liport\u00e9e par Dragon 67 sur le centre hospitalier de Strasbourg.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce
