(Image IA)<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>La <strong>Ville de Saint-Di\u00e9-des-Vosges<\/strong> et le <strong>CCAS<\/strong>, avec le soutien de l\u2019association <strong>Label Vie<\/strong>, proposent aux retrait\u00e9s un cycle gratuit intitul\u00e9 <strong>\u00ab Respire, Relax &amp; R\u00e9confort \u00bb<\/strong>, de <strong>octobre 2025 \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2026<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ce programme comprend <strong>10 s\u00e9ances de sophrologie<\/strong>, <strong>4 s\u00e9ances de yoga du rire<\/strong> et <strong>4 caf\u00e9s papote &amp; part\u2019\u00e2ge<\/strong>, organis\u00e9s chaque jeudi au <strong>CCAS, rue d\u2019Am\u00e9rique<\/strong>. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tant de favoriser la d\u00e9tente, la convivialit\u00e9 et le lien social.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de places est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>15 participant(e)s<\/strong>. Les inscriptions se font directement aupr\u00e8s <strong>CCAS,<\/strong> ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone au <strong>03-29-52-39-39<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ces ateliers sont <strong>gratuits<\/strong>, financ\u00e9s par <strong>Label Vie<\/strong> avec le soutien de la <strong>CARSAT<\/strong> et de la <strong>MSA<\/strong>.
